Moscow’s best stunt riders to throw big party

Next Monday, Moscow will be home to the main motorbike event of the summer, celebrated to coincide with international motorbike rider day, also known as Ride to Work Day.

Traditionally, R2W day is held in the middle of the summer. This year will mark the 18th and is scheduled for June 15, 2009, to take place in Dub Club (Bld. 7/7, 5 Nizhny Susalny Pereulok).

The best stunt riders of Moscow will participate in a show arranged by SOAP Motonews. StuntArt and Pilot Racing Team have already confirmed their attendance. In addition, Marat Kankadze with his Yamaha WR450 Stunt Supermoto, Yuriy Verhovnikov (Red Bull) with a Honda CBR600 F4, and Valeriy Kulesha with a Suzuki LTR 450 will all be part of the show. The guests will also enjoy an unforgettable show by Moscow Stunt Crew with Roman (Acrobat).

The event was organized by Motonews.ru and supported by the Soap.cx advertising agency, along with MUCO (Music Communication), Scooter-Club.ru, MotoHeaven.ru, ‘Motor’ magazine, PANAVTO, Aoyama Motors, AVTODOM, Eurosport, Bikeland, and 1 Motto. RRG brand (Red Racing Group) is among its sponsors too.

The program will feature a positive atmosphere, Moscow dj’s playing their music (including DJ SLonik as a special guest), contests, prizes and motorbikes.
