Ducati certified among the “Top Employers Italia 2015”

An in-depth study carried out by the Top Employers Institute has recognised Ducati as being among the best companies when it comes to quality and excellence in working conditions provided for the company's employees and has certified the motorcycle manufacturer as one of the “Top Employers Italia 2015”.

This important study certifies the best companies in the field of personnel management each year. The companies selected have the capacity to provide excellence in working conditions for their staff as well as providing training and developing talents at every level, making a continual effort to improve and optimise best practices in the field of human resources.

The Top Employers Institute, which certifies the working conditions provided for employees by companies at international level, is behind this study. The results for 2015 have just been released officially and show Ducati to be one of the selected and certified “Top Employers Italia 2015” companies.

The Top Employers selection procedure includes a tough and in-depth research process – the HR Best Practices Survey – which verifies the attainment of the high standards required. In order to guarantee the validity of the search procedure, every answer undergoes a review or audit which shows how the working conditions ensured are carefully checked before companies are granted admission to the select group of certified Top Employers.

Alessio Tanganelli, Regional Director of the Top Employers Institute, justified the certification granted to Ducati, by saying: “An optimal working environment is able to encourage not only professional growth but also the personal and human growth of employees. The Top Employers study has verified and certified that Ducati operates with excellence in the field of HR and offers a wide range of benefits and proactive initiatives to its employees. From the working conditions to the non-monetary benefits and structured training and development policies, everything is consistently in line with the company culture.”

“We are very satisfied and proud of this acknowledgement,” commented Claudio Domenicali, CEO of Ducati Motor Holding, “which rewards all that we have done over the past few years to make of Ducati employees the focus of our attention. Ducati as a company is characterised by a fervent passion for the product and brand and by women and men who, thanks to this sense of belonging, are the best ambassadors of our motorcycles among our fans. Being a Top Employer makes us even more attractive for the best talents in every field, from marketing to design, and from production to finance. We are well aware that the real value of any company is in the skills, determination and sense of belonging of its employees.”
