Red Wings celebrity wraps up Russia’s road-racing season
The fourth and final race of the Russian Road-Racing Championship, which took place at the Moscow circuit (the Myachkovo airfield) on August 30, 2008, was attended by an honorable guest, Red Wings’ pilot Nikolay Agapov.
Prior to the final race everyone was able to enjoy Nikolay Agapov’s performance in the 280 horse power Honda Civic Type-R, which he drove quite impressively during the rally.

Russian Road-Racing Championship finishes with its final race in Moscow
The final races of the Russian Road-Racing Championship took place at the Moscow circuit (the Myachkovo airfield) on August 30, 2008.
Though it’s been drizzling all day, the weather was not that important. The 4th and final round of the championship included four races in the following classes: Superbike (motorcycles with engines of 750-1000cc), Supersport (motorcycles of 400-750cc), Supersport 400 (motorcycles of 125-400cc), Superstock 1000, Superstock 600 and Superstock Women (for women).

Road-racing championship launched in Russia
The first stage of the Russian motorcycling championship was held at the Myachkovo circuit on May 24, 2008. Just to remind you that this time the championship has a different name – it is the Sportbike Russian 2008.
Sportbike Russian 2008 will have a totally new concept. It is arranged in the form of a festival which is used to be the most popular among viewers. Each stage will include stantriding and mototrial races, test driving new motorbikes, music, Paddock-Girls Cup contest, motorbike lotteries, etc.

Russian road-racing championship reaches new heights
The Russian motorcycling championship will be held on May 24, 2008. This time it will have a different name and organizer. Only its location will remain unchanged – the Moscow circuit.
This year the event will bear a different brand (Sportbike Russian 2008) invented by the new organizer, the Corporate League Group.
